About the approach
Our body is a combination of parts that come together to form a unit. Muscles, bones, soft tissue but also our mind processes and emotional experiences are part of the whole.
Every experience we have ever had is stored in our body tissue, so the only way to let go of all the past injury or trauma is through tissue mobilisation.
The session is instructed by the tissue (fascia), My job is to listen, follow and respect the instructions offered by the body itsels. Hence, we engage the tissue in a gentle, mindful way.
It is a gentle hands-on approach that incorporates and integrates techniques from CranioSacral Therapy, Fascia Release, Osteopathy, Visceral Manipulation and Massage Therapy. Always supporting the body’s innate ability to move towards optimal health.
